VINCENT’S HOBBY SHOP’S TERMS & CONDITIONS

On this page, you read our terms and conditions for our online transactions with our clients within the Philippines. When you place an order, you have to agree with our terms and conditions in order to proceed. In this document “We”, “Us” or “Seller” are referring to us, the shop owner, and “You”, “Client”, “Customer” or “Buyer” are referring to you.

I. PLACING AN ORDER.

An order is considered placed once an online shop visitor has selected the items he or she is willing to purchase and after which the then-considered customer has completed the order with a successful payment through bank or Gcash. For as long as the shop visitor’s intentional order is still in his shopping cart and not yet completed or paid, there is no order made and all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

II. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES.

A buyer has the right to cancel his order under the following conditions.

A. An order which is paid by our customer but not yet prepared for shipping by us, the seller, will be eligible to receive a refund. Once a customer has notified us that he wants to cancel his order a refund will be processed minus the bank transfer charges or Gcash fees! The customer has also the right to receive a purchase voucher instead of a refund. This purchase voucher has the exact same amount as the payment we have received and it can be used within one year of the date issued for any other order.

B. An order which is paid by our customer but is already packed and prepared for shipping by us, the seller, will be eligible to receive a refund. Once a customer has notified us that he wants to cancel his order a refund will be processed minus the bank transfer charges or Gcash fees and an additional deduction of 100 pesos for packaging materials and labor cost! The customer has also the right to receive a purchase voucher instead of a refund. This purchase voucher has the exact same amount as the payment we have received and it can be used within one year of date issued for any other order.

C. An order which is paid by our customer and already shipped by us, the seller, is still eligible to receive a refund if he does not accept or reject the order upon delivery by our courier!

A refund will be processed minus:

  1. The bank transfer charges or Gcash fees
  2. 100 pesos for packaging materials and labor cost
  3. The initial shipping fees for sending the order to you
  4. The return shipping fees for sending the order back to us

Note that if the client would first accept the delivery of his order, with the intention to send it back (change of mind), it would also be the client who would be responsible for return shipping fees anyway but it will save our client a lot of time and effort by just declining the order upon delivery in this matter with the remark to return it to us.

When an order has been shipped and the courier is for whatever reason (specifically NOT due to the seller’s inability) not able to deliver then all shipping costs for delivery & return back to the seller will be at the buyer’s expense and these costs will be deducted from the buyer’s refund purchase payment.

We as a seller also reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Our courier is not able to locate your shipping address or due to unforeseen circumstances with your delivery location.
  • Unintentional incorrect stated prices on one or more items due to programming or website issues, hacking or external influences.
  • Insufficient quantity of certain items which makes it impossible to fulfill your order in a decent matter of time.
  • Abuse of misuse of (personal) discount vouchers shared among various people
  • Previous delivery issues with the same client at the same address
  • Returned a tampered item and claiming warranty with a previous order.

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be given.

III. ORDER DELIVERY POLICY.

Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the buyer to always inspect the package if there is any transport damage, openings, tampering with your package seen. If there are damages etc. etc. seen which might indicate that the item or items might be damaged, then do not accept or sign off the package as accepted and say to the courier to return it to us. You will receive a new order with the same item(s) shipped free of any additional cost.

If we are for whatever reason not able to ship the same order to you within 30 days, you will receive a full refund without any deductions through your bank account or Gcash instead.

IV. ORDER FULFILLED.

When the delivery has been taken place and the client has accepted the order and signed it off, your order has been fulfilled. Do note that our couriers will ask for identification to avoid any wrong delivery.

V. WARRANTY, DEFECTS, AND DAMAGES

Before we ship out any order, we test our products to limit the chances of shipping out any defective item. Our ORDER DELIVERY POLICY upon acceptance by the client also limits the chance that our clients receive a defective item possibly caused by transportation as well.

If after receiving and opening your package, any physical scratches, dents, or missing parts are seen, then you should immediately coordinate these issues with Vincent’s Hobby Shop by sending us photos and/or videos showing these issues within 12 hours (same day) after receiving your order. Any physical scratches, dents, or missing parts that are not reported within 12 hours (same day) after the delivery of your order will not be valid under our 7 days service and replacement warranty!

If 24 hours have been passed upon buyer’s receipt of delivered items, and no complaints/inquiries or communication with Vincent’s Hobby Shop’s customer care thru our customer care email address will automatically be assumed by us that delivered goods are received in good and working condition.

Our 7-day service and replacement warranty (parts not included) will be provided on the following conditions:

1. Electrical, mechanical item/s stopped working within 7 days.
2. Items not working in accordance with the specifications provided by the manufacturer.

In case of a warranty replacement, the shipping/cargo transportation cost of your item back to Vincent’s Hobby Shop warehouse (located at Makati Cinema square) shall be carried by the buyer. Shipping/cargo transportation cost of replacement item for delivery back to the buyer shall be at the expense of Vincent’s Hobby Shop. Replacement item(s) will only be delivered to the buyer after Vincent’s Hobby Shop has acknowledged receipt of the defective item.

Any damages or defects resulting from improper or misuse in any way, shape, or form will not be covered by our 7-day service and replacement warranty. Under no circumstances the buyer should disassemble or dismantle any purchased item, like a gearbox or other parts from an airsoft gun itself, not meant to be opened, which would render the warranty void!

VI. PAYMENT OPTION

To keep the product prices acceptable and the payment fees low, we only accept direct banks, Cebuana, M Lhuillier, Palawan Express, Western Union, LBC and Gcash payments for now. For clients who have a bank account, it is easy to transfer funds by the bank and for clients who do not have a bank account, Gcash might be an easy option. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

VII. VOUCHERS

There are various vouchers options which will give our clients a discount on a specific product, a range of products, a percentage discount, and a fixed amount discount.

  • A product voucher will give a buyer a fixed discount in pesos for a specific item within our website and for a specific period of time.
  • A product range voucher will give a buyer a fixed discount in pesos for a specific range of items (or product category) for a specific period of time.
  • A percentage voucher will give a buyer a percentage discount in pesos for a specific range of items (or product category) or all items within our website for a specific period of time.
  • A fixed amount voucher will give a buyer a one-time fixed discount in pesos for any item within our website to be used within a one-year period.

The product voucher, product range voucher, and percentage voucher are given per email to our existing clients and people who receive our voucher promos through our newsletters. The fixed amount voucher is a voucher that is given to clients as compensation for a previous order which has been returned to us and where the client did choose for this voucher instead of a refund. Do note that any of the mentioned vouchers cannot be converted to cash and that they can only be used to receive a discount during a new order. The total purchase value of your order should never be lower than the value of your fixed amount voucher as no refunds will be issued on any overvalue as well.

VIII. FINAL REMARKS

With these terms and conditions, we inform our clients on how we do business. Clear guidelines so our clients know exactly what to expect. Because of the nature of our products, it is unavoidable that airsoft guns get scratches or little damages when used and for this reason, we are strict with reporting if any physical scratches, dents or missing parts are seen when receiving your order, but also fair.

Our 7-day service and replacement warranty does give our clients enough time to use or test their new purchase during a game and if anything should fail during that game you are covered by it.
